Die PCI-Karte stellt durch ihre moderne Kompressionstechnik mit Bewegungserkennung in SubPixel-Aufl\u00f6sung sicher, dass alle 4-Kan\u00e4le effizient mit jeweils 30 Bildern\/Sekunde aufgezeichnet werden k\u00f6nnen, insgesamt als 120 Bilder pro Sekunde. Die Kompression erfolgt nat\u00fcrlich in Hardware direkt auf der Karte, die dann gut handhabbaren Datenmengen lassen es m\u00f6glich erscheinen in nur einem Systeme etliche Karten zu betreiben. Ber\u00fccksichtigt man das Industrie PCs spielend 12 PCI-Steckpl\u00e4tze haben k\u00f6nnen, w\u00fcrde sich auf nur 3 H\u00f6heneinheiten ein 48-Kanal Video\u00fcberwachungssystem realisieren lassen.
